London MInt Cake is a mostly sativa cross of London Pound Cake, Kushmints and a pure Afghani strain. Despite its sativa dominance, London Mint Cake has a growth pattern more typical of indica strains with its broad, Christmas tree structure. London Mint Cake is capable of producing some heavy yields.
The leaf density and internodal spacing is more like a sativa and London Mint Cake is easy to take ‘cuttings’ of. Very good resistance to powdery mildew and other types of mould. Plants do not stretch very much once flowering begins so allow enough time during veg. or you’ll risk having small plants. This strain responds well to topping. Plants grow to an average height of 120 – 170 cm. After 8 – 9 weeks of flowering growers can expect to obtain excellent yields of 550 – 700 gr/m2. Buds are very dense and resinous, easy to trim and perfect for extract making. Drying time is up to 16 days at a temperature of 18 – 20 °C due to the sheer density of the buds.
Delicious scents and flavours of pancakes with berries and syrup with some minty notes. The effect is creative, euphoric, happy and relaxing.
