Packaging and delivery

To ensure your parcel is delivered in a timely manner, It is vital that all information entered onto the delivery page is correct (i.e. contact details, shipping address) to ensure that the package reaches you in ample time and with minimal fuss. If you are unavailable at the delivery address, normally the courier will call you on the number provided to arrange am alternative delivery time or date.

We take extra measures to ensure your seeds arrive safely

• All orders are sent in their original packaging
• We place the seeds in padded protective envelopes and are sealed with a tamper preventative seal
• The envelope is then placed in our courier’s tamper preventative flyer bags and also sealed
• We do not put any branding or mention cannabis on the courier’s flyer bags so it’s safe to deliver to your work, family and friends.

Please note that if you have not received your order within 5 days after you have received your tracking email, please reach out to the courier first and they will be able to assist you. If you have contacted them and there is still an issue, please contact us. We cannot take responsibility for delays related to courier services.

Please see the delivery process below:

• Your order will be updated to “Processing” once we confirm payment and you will receive an email
• Order added to packing queue, packaged and scheduled for collection from us. You receive your parcel tracking number by email
• Order is collected by the courier
• You should receive your order within 1-3 days from being collected from us

Courier Contact Information

If you have received your tracking email, please reach out to the relevant courier first before contacting us regarding shipping progress as we have little control once the parcel has been collected. When contacting them, please provide them with the relevant UA reference number you received by email.
